Halle Diaz is an associate in the firm’s Healthcare Practice Group.

Halle received her J.D. from the University of Alabama School of Law (cum laude), where she was articles editor for the Alabama Law Review and a member of the first-place National Health Care Transactional Moot Court Team. Her student note, Looking Forward: Analyzing the Third-Party Harms Principle as Applied to the Contraceptive Mandate Litigation (73 Ala. L. Rev. 693 (2022)), was published in the Alabama Law Review. She also participated in the Elder Law Clinic, where she helped recoup more than $25,000 in back pay compensation from an insurance company for a client who was at risk of being evicted from her long-term care facility due to confusion over whether she was eligible for assisted living. She received her B.A. (summa cum laude) in Legal Studies from the University of West Florida.
