Benjamin Duddy is an associate in the firm’s Construction and Government Contracts practice groups. Prior to joining Bradley, he clerked for the Hon. Sul Ozerden of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Mississippi.
Having studied civil engineering as an undergraduate, Benjamin brings with him experience performing land development and design work for projects ranging from residential housing to warehouses and airport runways. He coordinated directly with clients to solve time-sensitive and costly issues and managed project budgets, task hours, and project deadlines. He also worked with government agencies and municipalities to meet specific code requirements.
Benjamin earned his J.D. (summa cum laude) from the University of Mississippi School of Law with a concertation in business law, and received his B.S. (cum laude) in Civil Engineering from the flagship university of his home state — the University of Maine.
