Lance Felicien is an associate in the firm’s Banking & Financial Services Practice Group. He assists financial clients with the development and improvement of legal order processing policies and procedures, including compliance and customer operations. He also acts as a disinterested stakeholder in proceedings before state and federal courts. In addition to his financial services practice, Lance has experience in complex commercial, civil, and construction litigation matters.
Before obtaining his law degree, Lance honorably served in the United States Army for a decade, achieving the rank of captain. He was awarded the Bronze Star Medal in recognition of his service during the war in Afghanistan. Over the course of his military career, he commanded a field maintenance company with global deployment capabilities and supervised the operations of more than 100 soldiers.
Lance earned his J.D. (cum laude) from the South Texas College of Law Houston and his B.S. (cum laude) from the University of Houston.
