Represented seller in the disposition to a publicly traded net lease REIT of a 48-property, multi-tenant net-leased retail portfolio spanning more than a dozen states. The transaction involved staggered closings, assets at varying stages of development, and complex coordination of leasing, title, and construction matters across the portfolio. Represented seller in two separate dispositions to large net lease REITs of single-tenant, net-leased retail portfolios operated by a national discount retailer: a 28-property portfolio across eight states and a 12-property portfolio across six states.
