Isaiah Freeman is an associate in the firm’s Intellectual Property Practice Group, where he focuses his practice on patent prosecution and related IP matters, such as licensing, technology transfer, and patent portfolio management.

Prior to joining Bradley, Isaiah managed the IP strategy for an AI-focused startup in Silicon Valley. He drafted patent applications related to electrical and computer technologies, advised clients on what matters to prosecute or continue prosecuting (e.g., claim scope, pursuing continuations, obtaining patents in other jurisdictions), and drafted infringement and invalidity contentions.

Isaiah earned his J.D. and L.L.M. (summa cum laude) in Taxation from the University of Alabama School of Law and has a B.S. and M.S. (summa cum laude) in Computer Science from the University of Alabama.
