      Represented company on HUD financing of a skilled nursing facility.

      $25 million bond finance
      Represented company in refinance of $25 million in bond finance with FHA-insured mortgage loans issued under HUD Section 232 for nursing homes located in Delaware.

      Acquisition of Skilled Nursing Facility
      Represented buyer of three Wisconsin skilled nursing facilities in 2003 utilizing tax exempt bond financing.
