Ben Glicklich is an associate in the firm’s Corporate & Securities Practice Group. Ben focuses his practice on representing private equity fund sponsors, portfolio companies, strategic acquirors, family offices, founder-owned business and other companies in complex mergers and acquisitions transactions. He regularly advises on platform acquisitions, add-on and bolt-on acquisitions, carve-outs, divestitures and other sophisticated deal structures across a wide range of industries. Ben also represents sellers, including founder-owned businesses and sponsor-backed portfolio companies, in negotiated sale processes and banker-led auctions.
Ben is adept at navigating the full lifecycle of a transaction, from letter of intent through closing, and brings a detail-oriented, commercially minded approach to drafting and negotiating acquisition agreements and related transaction documents.
In addition to his core M&A practice, Ben also advises clients on a broad range of transactional matters, including capital raises, corporate reorganizations and general corporate matters.
Ben received his J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School, where he graduated Order of the Coif. Ben also has a B.B.A. (cum laude) in Finance from the University of Miami.
