Alexis Gregorian is a partner in the firm’s Government Enforcement & Investigations Practice Group. She is a former federal prosecutor and seasoned trial lawyer with extensive experience in complex fraud, health care, and government investigations. Her practice focuses on representing companies and individuals in government investigations, sensitive internal investigations, litigation, and other significant business and legal matters.
As a strategic problem solver, Alexis conducts confidential internal investigations for her clients, works with clients to efficiently respond to government inquiries, and helps clients navigate sensitive criminal and civil enforcement actions. Drawing on close to a decade of experience as an investigator and prosecutor, she is trusted to provide pragmatic, results-oriented legal counsel to her clients.
Before joining Bradley, Alexis served as counsel and assistant deputy chief for the U.S. Department of Justice, Criminal Division, Fraud Section. She personally handled and oversaw numerous white-collar investigations and prosecutions, including complex healthcare fraud cases involving Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance fraud; the Anti-Kickback Statute; the Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act; and pharmaceutical drug-related crimes. Her work also involved parallel civil investigations under the False Claims Act. Alexis has tried and supervised numerous complex federal jury trials across multiple jurisdictions. She also has significant experience providing advice regarding compliance with HIPAA and other privacy regulations, particularly those pertaining to personally identifiable information and personal health information.
Prior to her time in government, Alexis practiced at a large, international firm based in New York, where she represented clients in general commercial litigation matters, with a particular focus on securities litigation.
