Amanda Hutson's practice focuses on the complex regulatory, compliance, and operational challenges facing healthcare organizations. She is routinely called upon to advise hospitals, health systems, physician groups, and ambulatory surgery centers on the novel and complex issues that come across the desks of healthcare leadership, translating complicated legal questions into practical, operational solutions.

Her focus areas include healthcare fraud and abuse, with particular depth in Stark Law and Anti-Kickback Statute compliance, including large-scale internal reviews; HIPAA and data privacy; hospital and health system operations; contract drafting and negotiation; and mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence, licensure, and Medicare and Medicaid decisions.

What sets Amanda apart is her approach. She works closely alongside clients at every level not just to identify the issue, but to implement solutions that fit how their organizations actually operate, serving as a hands-on partner in an industry where the legal and operational are rarely separate.
