Sale of 200,000+ Square Foot Warehouse Facility by Space Park Properties Partnership - Represented Space Park Properties Partnership is the sale of a 200,000+ square foot warehouse facility and 11.257 acres in Goodlettsville, Tennessee. Foreclosure and Collection Activities on Mixed Residential and Commercial Development - Represented bank lender in workout discussions and ultimately foreclosure and collection proceedings against mixed-use $10 million residential/commercial property, including repurchase of loan participation from FDIC and evaluation of redemption/foreclosure options to help client maximize recovery and minimize likelihood of owner redemption of property.
