Lauren Jackson is an associate in Bradley’s Litigation Practice Group who has experience across multiple types of commercial litigation and regulatory enforcement, including state and federal regulatory investigations and enforcement, merger and contract disputes, and securities litigation. Her practice is focused on consumer financial services companies, including banks, non-bank financial institutions, mortgage lenders and servicers, and fintech and other technology companies, representing clients in both litigation as well as government investigation and enforcement. She also works on complex commercial disputes and M&A disputes in the tech and biotech sectors.
Lauren is adept at managing workflows for complex investigations and discovery, drafting legal pleadings and memoranda, and advising clients on the changing financial and fintech regulatory landscape, contract interpretation and compliance, and compliance with state and federal consumer protection laws.
