Lauren Jacques is a partner in the Healthcare Practice Group. She represents hospitals, health systems, ambulatory surgery centers, large physician group practices and other ancillary services providers in the health care industry on a variety of transactional and regulatory matters. Lauren has closed deals across the country and has experience representing both buyers and sellers. She has a particular breadth and depth of experience handling transactions in the ambulatory surgery center, outpatient provider and physician practice space. 

In addition to transactional work, Lauren routinely counsels clients regarding healthcare regulatory and operational issues. She assists on matters related to compliance with federal and state anti-kickback and self-referral laws, corporate practice of medicine and fee-splitting laws, and issues with licensing, certificate of need and provider enrollment. She routinely serves as outside general counsel to her clients, which helps her have a greater understanding of all facets of their day-to-day operations, strategic goals and pressure points. Lauren’s ability to handle both transactional and regulatory issues makes her a unique and valuable advisor for any client operating in the healthcare space.

Lauren served as the managing partner of Bradley’s Nashville Office from 2021-2025. She is active in firm management, professional organizations, her children’s schools and her community. She currently serves on the Executive Committee and Board of Directors of the Adventure Science Center. Lauren received both her undergraduate and law degrees from Vanderbilt University.
