Harrison Gray Kilgore is a senior attorney in the firm’s Litigation Practice Group and Appellate team.
Prior to joining Bradley, Harrison worked as a senior assistant attorney general in the Strategic Litigation Unit in the Office of the Tennessee Attorney General. In addition to providing strategic legal advice for achieving the policy and litigation objectives of the Office of the Attorney General and state-agency clients, Harrison was responsible for leading challenges on behalf of Tennessee and multi-state coalitions against major federal rulemakings by the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, among others. As senior assistant attorney general for Strategic Litigation, Harrison also drafted merits briefs for civil and criminal matters in federal and state appellate courts, and he presented oral arguments on behalf of state-agency clients.
Before joining the Office of the Tennessee Attorney General, Harrison worked in the Solicitor General’s Office in the Kentucky Office of the Attorney General and was in private practice for a leading global law firm based in Washington, D.C. After law school, he clerked for the Hon. Trevor N. McFadden of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia and for the Hon. John M. Rogers of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
