As co-chair of Bradley’s Cybersecurity & Privacy team, Amy Leopard advises healthcare clients on HIPAA compliance and broader cybersecurity risk. With a decade of experience as a hospital executive, she provides operationally grounded counsel to strengthen enterprise compliance programs across hospitals, health systems, academic medical centers, national health plans, and publicly traded firms, including a Fortune 10 subsidiary.

Amy has led over 100 data-breach responses, providing counsel on liability strategy, overseeing regulatory filings and patient notifications, and advising on system recovery and post-incident remediation, including risk mitigation, security enhancements, and compliance documentation to minimize regulatory exposure and litigation risks. She has conducted privileged security-risk assessments for a nonprofit integrated delivery system and a national healthcare company. She previously taught Legal Issues in Health Information for the Kent State M.S. in Health Informatics program.
