Zac LeVasseur is an attorney in Bradley’s Litigation Practice Group, where he advises clients on business litigation and franchise matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Zac was in-house counsel at a restaurant franchisor providing day-to-day legal support, advice, and practical problem solving to executive leadership, brand operations, and development teams across seven foodservice brands. In that role, he managed and resolved litigation and pre-litigation disputes, including franchisee disputes, bankruptcies, vendor contract disputes, EEOC charges, consumer protection matters, and ADA claims. He also led the company’s franchise compliance process and oversaw enforcement of franchise agreements and brand standards.
Zac’s background also includes managing a nationwide litigation portfolio as in-house counsel for the largest publicly traded provider of independent insurance adjustment and claims management services. Before going in-house, Zac was a litigator in private practice for eight years.
