In addition to being a nationally-certified barbeque judge, Craig has served as general counsel for an Episcopal parish, chairman of the St. Mary’s Church Vestry, and as a member of the St. Mary’s Episcopal Day School Board of Directors. He is also an avid sports fan who enjoys spending time with his family and rooting for the Tar Heels.
