App’x 792 (11th Cir. 2021) Successfully obtained stay of removal and grant of petition for immigration appeal for pro bono client. Obtained summary judgment for healthcare client on plaintiff’s fraud claims in Alabama state court. Nuclear Dev., LLC v. Tennessee Valley Auth., 532 F. Supp. 3d 1154, 1157 (N.D. Ala. 2021); Nuclear Dev., LLC v. Tennessee Valley Auth., 2021 WL 9477067 (N.D. Ala. 2021) Part of a trial team that obtained a defense verdict on breach of contract and specific performance claims in a bench trial involving the $111 million sale of a partially completed nuclear power plant. Obtained dismissal for product manufacturer on personal jurisdiction grounds in wrongful death case in Florida state court.
