Neena Molavi is an associate in the firm's Healthcare Practice Group, where she advises healthcare providers and organizations on a broad range of regulatory, transactional, and operational matters.
Neena counsels clients on complex healthcare regulatory issues, including provider licensure and scope-of-practice requirements, privacy laws, and compliance with federal and state healthcare fraud and abuse laws. She enjoys helping clients navigate evolving regulatory frameworks and develop practical solutions that support their business objectives while mitigating legal risk.
In addition to her regulatory practice, Neena represents clients in transactional healthcare matters such as M&A, physician/advanced practice provider contracting and corporate governance.
Neena has a particular interest in behavioral healthcare and physician contracting and enjoys helping clients address the unique regulatory and business considerations that arise in these areas.
