Neena Molavi is an associate in the firm’s Healthcare Practice Group. She advises clients regarding various regulatory and compliance issues such as healthcare licensing, privacy and fraud and abuse laws, including HIPAA, the Anti-Kickback Statute, Stark Law and the Eliminating Kickbacks in Recovery Act. Neena also assists healthcare clients with transactional matters, including private equity deals and reorganizations.
