Tom Mostellar is an associate in the firm’s Banking & Financial Services Practice Group. Tom assists financial, mortgage, and home equity lending institutions with regulatory compliance-related matters. He has experience helping clients ensure their operations comply with applicable federal and state laws and regulations. As part of this practice, he also provides assistance in navigating all stages of examinations and investigations conducted by federal and state regulators.
Tom is also a member of Bradley's Solar Consumer Finance and Artificial Intelligence teams. His work on the Solar Consumer Finance team spans the intersection of renewable energy and consumer finance, including drafting consumer solar lease agreements and advising on regulatory compliance issues related to the sale and leasing of solar products. Similarly, his work on the Artificial Intelligence team focuses on navigating complexities related to federal and state laws and regulations governing AI.
Tom received his J.D. (magna cum laude) from Tulane University School of Law, where he was an articles editor for the Tulane Law Review. He has a B.S. in Business Administration from Washington & Lee University. Prior to law school, Tom worked in the financial services industry, obtaining his Series 7 and 66 licenses.
