Caitlin Otis is an associate in the firm’s Healthcare Practice Group. Caitlin focuses her practice on regulatory and compliance issues for healthcare companies, including leading digital health companies, physician practices, dental service organizations (DSOs), and health systems. She has considerable experience advising clients on compliance with state and federal regulatory frameworks, including corporate practice of medicine prohibitions, telemedicine practice standards, and fraud and abuse laws. Caitlin also frequently drafts and negotiates complex employment and services agreements for life sciences companies.
Caitlin has experience assisting with complex transactions, corporate restructurings, and physician practice ownership disputes, as well as experience negotiating and advising digital health companies on strategic partnership agreements with Fortune 100 pharmaceutical manufacturers in a rapidly evolving regulatory landscape. She regularly advises on and assists in the corporate build out of emerging companies, with a deep knowledge of national corporate practice requirements. Caitlin brings a unique perspective to delivering sophisticated business and legal solutions in a heavily regulated industry.
