    • Represented GSM operator concerning a set of ICC arbitration cases related to disputes on the tariff payment calculations under the concession contract for using 2G and 3G frequencies.

      Provided counsel to a government agency in an ICSID investment dispute arising from the parties’ disagreements on the accuracy of natural gas meter measurements under the sale agreement.

      Represented a government agency concerning the annulment of an ICSID award. Annulment action resulted in the parties’ settlement, relieving the client from some of its obligations under the challenged ICSID award.

      Advised the Turkish government before UNCITRAL against failed banker families involving investment disputes against the Turkish government.

      Provided counsel to a Texas-based contractor before the ICC in arbitration against a Turkish owner involving construction defects relating to the construction of a crude pipeline based in Turkey.

      Represented a Louisiana-based contractor before the ICC in arbitration against a Turkish owner involving drilling activities for coal-bed methane gas wells in Turkey.
