Kaila Preston is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Practice Group. Prior to joining Bradley, Kaila clerked for the Hon. Anthony E. Porcelli in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, Tampa Division, where she researched and prepared draft orders and reports on issues concerning discovery, dispositive motions, and default judgment in a variety of civil matters. She also has experience developing efficient and effective case resolution strategies in matters involving premises liability, personal injury, construction defect, and wrongful death.

Kaila earned her J.D. (summa cum laude) from the Stetson University College of Law, where she received the outstanding editor award for her contributions to the Stetson Law Review. She received her B.S. from the University of Tampa.
