Kaila Preston is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Practice Group. She represents a wide range of clients in complex commercial disputes and general litigation matters in both federal and state courts. Kaila has experience in cases involving breach of contract, consumer protection, employment discrimination, business torts, and general negligence. She enjoys working with clients to develop efficient and effective case resolution strategies properly tailored to her clients’ needs and business interests.

Prior to joining Bradley, Kaila clerked for the Hon. Anthony E. Porcelli in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, Tampa Division, and worked for a Florida-based firm where she represented national clients in negligence matters involving personal injury, premises liability, construction defect, and wrongful death.

In her spare time, Kaila volunteers with Florida’s Defending Best Interests Program where she advocates on behalf of the Statewide Guardian ad Litem Office in appeals concerning the termination of parental rights.

Kaila earned her J.D. (summa cum laude) from the Stetson University College of Law, where she received the outstanding editor award for her contributions to the Stetson Law Review. She received her B.S. from the University of Tampa.
