Tara Ravi advises healthcare organizations, investors, and operators on navigating growth and transformation in a highly regulated environment. She works at the intersection of regulation, operations, and care delivery, helping clients expand responsibly while preserving compliance, access, and clinical integrity.

Drawing on experience in clinical care, academic research, and health law, Tara advises healthcare organizations and investors on regulatory and transactional matters tied to expansion, integration, facility development, and multi-state operations. She designs compliant growth structures, including provider alignment models, affiliations, and new care platforms, and translates Medicare, Medicaid, managed care, and enrollment requirements into operational strategies teams can execute with confidence.

She also represents healthcare organizations in audits, investigations, and self-disclosures involving CMS, OIG, DOJ, and state regulators. Her approach is proactive and systems-oriented, helping clients address risk while maintaining operational continuity and institutional credibility.

Tara is the host of Health Law with Tara Ravi, a podcast exploring how healthcare law shapes the way care reaches people. Episodes and resources are available at tararavi.com.
