Brian Rowlson practices primarily in the areas of construction law and government contracts, representing general contractors, subcontractors, design professionals, and suppliers in Florida and North Carolina in a wide range of issues arising from highway construction (including design build and public private partnerships), commercial and residential vertical projects, and wastewater equipment and facilities.

Brian was born and raised in the Tampa, Florida area, and graduated cum laude from Stetson University College of Law, where he was a member of the Phi Delta Phi legal honors fraternity (Cardozo Inn). Prior to attending law school, Brian received his Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Florida State University, and later obtained a Masters of Business Administration Degree from the University of South Florida with specialization areas in Finance, Organizational Management, and Management of Information Systems. While in graduate school, Brian gained invaluable construction accounting experience working for a firm that frequently conducted audits and reviews for construction and real estate clients in the west central Florida area.

Brian is a member of the Florida and North Carolina bars, and is active in a number of construction trade and community organizations.
