Connor Smedberg is an associate in the firm’s Construction and Government Contracts practice groups. He represents contractors, subcontractors, developers and other construction industry participants in matters involving construction defects, delay claims, and contract disputes. Connor assists clients through all stages of litigation, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, and dispute resolution.

Connor graduated (cum laude) from Stetson University College of Law and was awarded the William F. Blews Pro Bono Service Award. During law school, Connor was an editor for the Journal of International Aging Law & Policy and was a member of Stetson’s Trial Team, the Phi Delta Phi Legal Honors Society, and Stetson Ambassadors. He also served as a teaching assistant for courses in Trial Advocacy and Trust and Estates and studied trial advocacy at the University of Oxford.

Prior to joining Bradley, Connor practiced at a Tampa-based construction litigation firm where he represented contractors and construction professionals in defect and contract matters. Earlier in his career, Connor defended businesses and property owners in premises liability and other tort matters, gaining trial experience while handling claims through mediation and other stages of litigation.
