In addition to representing manufacturing, commercial and service businesses, Craig represents clients in the healthcare and life sciences industries and frequently works with hospitals and health systems, physician groups, practice management companies, accountable care organizations (ACOs), ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs) and other providers to help them navigate the complex financial and regulatory issues that arise when executing deals in the highly regulated healthcare landscape.
