Chuck serves as co-chair of the firm’s Product Liability team, is licensed in Alabama and Tennessee, and has extensive litigation experience on a national scope. He has represented clients in Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Florida, Georgia, Massachusetts, Mississippi, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, and Utah. He also acts as national trial counsel for a building products manufacturer. This experience has equipped him with the ability to defend against high-stakes litigation across the nation.
