Samson Su is an associate in the firm's Banking & Financial Services Practice Group. He counsels financial institutions on a wide range of state and federal regulatory compliance matters involving residential and commercial mortgage lending, loan servicing, money transmitters, and consumer finance companies. Samson has a particular focus in assisting companies with state licensing requirements and navigating the Nationwide Multistate Licensing System (NMLS).

Among other things, Samson maintains active communications with regulatory agencies, drafts formal and informal correspondence, and monitors state and federal regulatory and legislative updates to advise clients on licensing requirements and compliance with consumer credit laws.

Prior to joining Bradley, Samson worked as a finance associate for an Am Law 100 firm based in Nashville representing both lenders and borrowers in commercial financing transactions and for the New York office of a global law firm's restructuring group assisting debtors in complex Chapter 11 filings.
