Pursuit of contractor for inadequate/negligent construction. Dispute over rights of pipeline company to replace existing gas lines under an exclusive golf community Representation of Oaktree/Governor's Club in dispute over rights of pipeline company to replace existing gas lines under the community. Mediation of $5 million construction lawsuit Successfully mediated a $5 million lawsuit in Memphis between the City of Memphis and clash over construction of Memphis Convention Center. Dispute to enforce indemnification addressing property contamination Represent manufacturer of small pressure vessels in dispute to enforce indemnification given by prior owner for addressing solvent contamination of property.
