As an associate in the firm’s Banking & Financial Services Practice Group, Caroline Unger advises national and regional financial institutions on compliance with federal and state consumer financial protection laws and oversight by regulators, including the CFPB. She assists clients with regulatory examinations and administrative enforcement actions, including preparation for CFPB exams, responses to PARR letters and other supervisory correspondence, and implementation of remedial measures.
Caroline also helps clients anticipate and implement operational changes in response to an evolving statutory, regulatory, and enforcement landscape.
