Zach Warren is an associate in the firm’s Baking & Financial Services Practice Group who litigates consumer financial services cases in state court, federal court, and arbitration. He represents banking, consumer credit, residential mortgage, and debt collection clients in consumer financial services litigation involving credit reporting, lending, servicing, and collection, including claims under FCRA, TCPA, TILA, FDCPA, RESPA, UDAAP, the Rosenthal Act, and the CCRAA.

Zach has prevailed on dipositive motions in state and federal court, defense awards in arbitration and defense verdicts in small claims trials. He has litigated more than 100 bankruptcy matters on behalf of creditors to defend stay violation adversary proceedings, obtain stay relief and object to plan confirmation. He also has experience with data breach response, drafting privacy notices and terms of use for healthcare clients, and litigating privacy torts.

Zach is designated as a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US) by the International Association of Privacy Professionals.
