Jake Watson is an associate in Bradley’s Real Estate Practice Group. His practice is focused on general real estate law and the representation of clients in finance, banking and real estate transactions, including the acquisition, disposition, development, financing and leasing of office buildings, multi-family developments, industrial properties, healthcare facilities, and mixed-use assets located throughout the country.
Jake graduated cum laude from the University of Georgia where he received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Real Estate. He received his Juris Doctor cum laude from the Georgia State University College of Law. During law school, Jake served as an urban fellow for the Center for the Comparative Study of Metropolitan Growth in addition to interning for the City of Atlanta, Department of Law and the Georgia Department of Community Affairs.
