      Represented the developer of an approximately $125 million public-private partnership with one of the largest universities in the country for the development of a two-phase, seven building mixed-use village consisting of approximately 2,000 beds and more than 550,000 square feet of space. This project was the first public-private partnership of its kind for this university, and was heavily scrutinized within the university and the state as it set precedent for all similar projects to follow.

      $74 million syndicated retail construction loan
      Represented the Administrative Agent on proposed loans totaling approximately $74 million for the construction of a retail shopping center and outparcels. This deal consisted of a seller financing component and a permanent take-out commitment.

      $30 million mixed-use construction loan
      Represented the lead lender on a proposed $30 million loan for the construction of two separate mixed-use retail and residential buildings on adjacent blocks. This deal consisted of a joint venture with a preferred equity provider, an EB-5 lender, and numerous mezzanine financing and governmental incentives.

      $21 million office acquisition loan
      Represented the lender on an approximately $21 million loan for the acquisition of two adjacent office buildings with over 70 tenants and a complex partnership structure.

      128-unit assisted living and memory care facility
      Represented a senior housing provider in the acquisition of land and development thereon of a 128-unit assisted living and memory care facility. This project additionally involved a joint venture and a $21 million construction loan.

      Surgery center lease negotiations
      Represent one of the nation’s largest surgery center operators in numerous lease negotiations for centers throughout the country.

      $36 million syndicated multifamily loan
      Represented the lead lender in a $36 million syndicated loan for the construction of a multifamily apartment complex.

      $32 million mixed-use construction loan
      Represented the lender in a $32 million loan for the construction of a mixed-use project.

      Acquisition and development of student housing apartment complexes
      Represented a developer in all aspects of the acquisition and development of student housing apartment complexes throughout the country.
