Mary Grace Whitten is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Practice Group.

Prior to joining Bradley, Mary Grace served as a law clerk for the Hon. Summer L. Speight of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, where she assisted in drafting legal opinions with a focus on appeals from the Social Security Administration. She also clerked for the Hons. Randall G. Johnson, Jr. and Rondelle D. Herman of the Henrico Circuit Court, and clerked in the Office of Legal Counsel at the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) drafting legal policy memoranda regarding federal employment discrimination claims, in-house litigation matters, and federal regulatory compliance.

Mary Grace earned her J.D. from the University of Richmond School of Law (magna cum laude), where she was the Executive Editor of the University of Richmond Law Review. She received her B.A. (cum laude) in Sociology from Trinity University.
