TJ Whittle is an associate in the firm’s Government Contracts Practice Group. He advises government contractors across the lifespan of their business dealings with the government, including handling bid protests and other government contract disputes.

TJ also has experience with government investigations and white-collar litigation, where he counsels companies and individuals facing agency enforcement actions and Congressional investigations. He advises clients based on his experience before law school shaping regulatory policy and utilizes his knowledge of the nonprofit and think tank sectors when counseling nonprofit and educational institutions.

Prior to joining Bradley, TJ served as a law clerk to the Hon. Ryan T. Holte of the U.S. Court of Federal Claims and practiced at a large international law firm in Washington, D.C.

TJ received his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law. While in law school, he participated in the Appellate Litigation Clinic, where he drafted briefs in federal appellate courts and presented oral argument on behalf of an indigent client in the Sixth Circuit. He also served as executive editor of the Virginia Journal of Criminal Law.
