Bradley Names Emily Bowman Office Managing Partner in Nashville

Bradley announces that Emily Hatch Bowman has been named the new Nashville office managing partner.

Ms. Bowman assumes the role previously held by Lauren Jacques, who served as office managing partner for the last four years and oversaw the firm’s move to the ONE 22 ONE building in the Gulch in January 2024. Ms. Jacques will continue to focus on her active practice representing hospitals, health systems, ambulatory surgery centers, large physician group practices and other ancillary services providers in the healthcare industry on transactional and regulatory matters.

Ms. Bowman joined Bradley in 2000 and has more than 25 years of experience in real estate finance. Her practice spans the country, serving as lead counsel on a wide range of real estate finance transactions, and she is familiar with related state laws and customs from coast to coast. Ms. Bowman regularly helps real estate developers and investors with commercial real estate acquisition, development and disposition. She previously served as leader of the firm’s Real Estate Practice Group.
