Bradley Team Leads Sale of 204.1 MW Wind Farm in Clay County, Texas

Bradley partners David Sheinbein, James Bailey, and Jarrod Martin represented Shannon Wind, LLC, in the successful sale of its wind facility and operating assets, marking a significant milestone for the company. The deal, which was approved by a U.S. bankruptcy court, closed on June 18, 2026, and involves cash consideration to Shannon Wind greater than $129.5 million (plus assumed liabilities) and a liquidation plan for the wind energy company to resolve over $108 million in secured and unsecured debt and long-standing disputes.

The seller reached its agreement with the buyer, which is backed by a global private investment firm, following a voluntary Chapter 11 filing and court-supervised Section 363 sale process.

The Bradley team also included partners Alexandra Dugan and Amy Moss, senior attorney Michael Riordan, and associates Rodrigo Martinez, Raneen Abdelghani, and Asiya Khan.
