Bradley Expands Atlanta Healthcare Team with Partner Gregory Bianchi

Bradley has added Gregory S. Bianchi as a partner in the Healthcare Practice Group, further expanding the firm’s healthcare and transactional capabilities in its growing Atlanta office.

“Greg has extensive in-house experience with complex transactions involving healthcare IT contracting and corporate M&A matters, adding significant depth to our team,” said Bradley Atlanta Office Managing Partner Deborah Cazan. “His experience across healthcare, privacy, IP, and sophisticated corporate work makes him a versatile resource for our healthcare and corporate transactional teams in Atlanta, which continue to see increased client demand. We’re pleased to welcome him to the firm.”

Prior to joining Bradley, Mr. Bianchi served as associate general counsel at a large healthcare staffing company after serving for 14 years at a large, publicly traded healthcare technology company, including serving as general counsel for the largest business unit. In these roles, he oversaw a broad range of legal matters, including commercial and business transactions, corporate governance, litigation management, legal operations, and regulatory issues, including HIPAA, HITECH, data security, FDA, FCPA, export controls, and more. He also oversaw all company-wide contracts and worked on corporate filings and entity management. Mr. Bianchi has extensive experience negotiating and supporting contracts where technology, regulatory compliance, and risk allocation are critical considerations, including enterprise-scale agreements, renewals, amendments, acquisitions, and strategic add-on transactions.

Mr. Bianchi earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Alabama School of Law and his B.S. from Miami University.

Since opening in 2023, Bradley’s Atlanta office has rapidly expanded from 20 attorneys to more than 70, making it one of the fastest-growing offices in the firm’s history.
