Greg Bianchi brings to Bradley extensive in-house counsel legal leadership and law firm transactional experience supporting and advising clients across a variety of industries, including healthcare and technology. Greg focuses his practice on representing and advising clients in connection with IT contracting (especially in the healthcare space), mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, other strategic transactions, commercial contracting, and complex technology transactions, including domestic and international software licensing, SaaS, hosting, reseller, outsourcing, and managed service transactions.

Prior to joining Bradley, Greg served as senior vice president and associate general counsel for a national clinical practice management and healthcare staffing organization, where he led legal functions and oversaw contract portfolios including client and customer agreements, provider agreements, clinical service and telehealth agreements, procurement contracts, and strategic initiatives. He also provided broad general corporate support to executives and other senior company leaders.

Greg also has substantial experience negotiating and drafting domestic and international enterprise-scale technology and IT services transactions, including software licensing, SaaS, hosting, maintenance, reseller and channel arrangements, outsourcing, managed service, technology sourcing, and other complex IT transactions.

Earlier in his career, Greg worked at a national law firm in financial restructuring and corporate practices, supporting restructuring, private equity, venture capital, M&A, distressed M&A, and general corporate matters.
