      $32 million sale of historic Cannery Row
      Representation of client in sale of $32 million historic Cannery Row complex in Nashville, Tennessee, to New York City-based Thor Equities Group. This was the sale of an assemblage from the 1950s for redevelopment with significant title challenges.

      Represented investor in sale of office building
      Representation of client in sale of $15.53 million multi-tenant office building with 68,174 rentable square feet of space. Negotiated and drafted purchase contract, responded to title and survey objections, and facilitated closing of transaction.

      Leasing and general real estate services for national retailer
      Provide counsel related to leasing and general real estate services to Stein Mart nationally. Negotiated numerous leases for new Stein Mart stores, along with complex assumptions of existing leases, including acquisition of leases as part of another retailer’s bankruptcy plan. Advise on lease administrative matters, including lease renewals and amendments, CAM billing disputes, landlord default issues, and mechanic’s liens.
