Ben Christian is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Practice Group. He has extensive experience drafting dispositive motions and appellate briefs, handling complex civil matters, and briefing and arguing summary judgment motions in state court, as well as obtaining class certification in class action cases and successfully defending class certifications.
Before practicing law, Ben served in the U.S. Army on active duty for four years in various legal capacities. He first worked as a legal assistance attorney, helping clients with estate planning and various civil issues, and then as a fiscal and contract law attorney, where he advised U.S. military leaders in Iraq and Syria on transactions and funding. Ben also served as a special assistant United States attorney (SAUSA) before being promoted to a SAUSA supervisory position as chief of federal litigation and acted as a legal advisor to the special operations aviation command.
Ben is proud to continue serving in the Army as a judge advocate in the Army Reserve.
