Before joining Bradley’s Dallas office, Dennis practiced law in Southern California with several prominent international law firms, including one firm that was twice recognized as the “Litigation Department of the Year” by American Lawyer magazine.
Listed in Texas Super Lawyers, Rising Stars, 2014-2019 Co-lead trial counsel in two separate week-long trials; obtained complete defense verdicts and attorneys’ fee awards on behalf of financial services client, defending against claims of fraud and misrepresentation. Local counsel for a healthcare client that was able to obtain a judgment in its favor against its former founder and chief executive officer for her breach of her covenants not to compete and not to solicit employees. Obtained a complete defense verdict after a week-long jury trial on behalf of school district relating to allegations of teacher misconduct. Lead trial counsel at two criminal trials, obtaining complete verdicts in favor of the clients.
