Her clients typically own, develop, lease, or manage commercial office, retail, multifamily, and industrial properties across the U.S. Stephanie represents her clients through all phases of ownership, from acquisition, development, leasing, and financing to disposition.

Representation of a joint venture partner involved in development of a one-million-square-foot, luxury mixed-use high-rise project, including a 250-key hotel, condos, 650 apartments, and retail. Representation of a privately held investment firm in the acquisition, development, and leasing of a 790,000- square-foot, single-story industrial building near Savannah, Georgia. Representation of an individual owner in the acquisition of a 100,000-square-foot, multi-tenant, grocery-anchored retail center, advising on leasing and other matters relating to the management of the asset. Representation of a medical office developer in the acquisition, redevelopment, leasing and asset management of a 50,000-square-foot multi-tenant medical office building.
