Represented major national chain of surgery centers in connection with developing a joint venture structure for the operation of surgery centers with a regionally dominant non-profit health system. Representation of Hospitals in PHO & IPO Matters Ongoing representation of various hospitals in connection with multiple PHO and IPO matters, including restructuring designed to reduce operating risk. Advisor to HealthSouth in Sale of Hospitals Advised HealthSouth Corporation in connection with the sale of six long term acute care hospitals for a price of approximately $120 million.
