Represented defendant Coca-Cola; responsible for expert discovery on noninfringement and invalidity, deposed the plaintiff’s expert, and secured a favorable settlement for the defendant. Beverage Dispensing Solutions LLC v. The Coca-Cola Co. (NDGA). Represented the defendant in a case related to a loyalty reward system and obtained a favorable settlement for the client. Tuitionfund v. Cardlytics (MDTN). Represented respondent Nokia in a case relating to wireless telecommunications. Certain Wireless Devices with 3G Capabilities and Components Thereof, ITC Inv. No. 337-TA-800. Represented complainant Nokia in multiple cases against Apple regarding mobile communication devices. Certain Mobile Communications and Computer Devices and Components Thereof, Inv. No. 337-TA-704; Certain Personal Data and Mobile Communications Devices and Related Software, ITC Inv. No. 337-TA-710; and Certain Electronic Devices, Including Mobile Phones, Mobile Tablets, Portable Music Players, and Computers, and Components Thereof, ITC Inv. No. 337-TA-771. Represented a Korean company in a patent infringement suit concerning components. Sedecal v. DRGEM Corp. (SDFL, WDNC).
