Represented well-known media company with the acquisition of various multimillion-dollar domain names. Successfully defended regional vodka manufacturer against national liquor and spirits company in a trademark opposition proceeding before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. Routinely enforced a widely used design mark for a national research center in a variety of opposition and cancellation proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. Assisted in successfully obtaining a preliminary injunction in a trademark and trade dress infringement proceeding in the Northern District of Georgia. Advised numerous start-up companies regarding IP protection.
