      Represented national real estate fund in the purchase of multiple industrial outdoor storage (IOS) facilities.

      Local counsel for national investor in the acquisition, financing and disposition of multiple portfolios of light industrial/office properties throughout the metro Atlanta area.

      Counsel for buyer/borrower in the purchase and financing of Class A office buildings and apartment complexes throughout the metro Atlanta area.

      Represented owner/developer in the complex disposition of an apartment project in mid-construction, including post-closing escrow and development services agreements, as well as the assignment and assumption of the existing construction loan.

      Ground Up Development/Redevelopment

      Manage multi-parcel assemblages and accompanying intricacies, such as coordination of multiple closings and parties, combination plat matters and advising on title, survey and entitlement matters.

      Represented developer in the acquisition and development of multiple industrial sites in Georgia and North Carolina, including negotiation of required easements and right of way agreements for the development of the properties.

      Works with developer teams to identify appropriate covenants and easements for their projects, such as access, storm water, utilities, pump stations, use matters and power purchases.

      Special Transactions: Qualified Opportunity Zones/Historic Tax Credit Financing

      Represented buyer of properties in Qualified Opportunity Zones, including negotiation of double net leases to satisfy OZ regulations and working to ensure a timely close before the properties are placed in service.

      Represent developers in the acquisition, financing, redevelopment and sale of historic properties that qualify for historic tax credits.

      Commercial Leasing

      Worked with various landlord teams to develop custom lease form for office and buildings, then prepare and negotiate tenant leases and amendments.

      Applies a targeted review approach to tenant representation to deliver customized and cost-efficient counsel on commercial leasing matters.

      Prepare and negotiate subleases, assignments, estoppels, and SNDAs.

      Local Counsel (Georgia)

      Provides local opinions for secured transactions involving Georgia property.

      Local counsel for national investor in industrial outdoor storage facilities providing analysis of zoning and land use matters.
