      Represented the purchaser in a defaulted note acquisition secured by a continuing care retirement community.

      Represented the purchaser in the acquisition and subsequent expansion of an existing assisted living facility, including licensing and CON issues.

      Represented the new operator in negotiation of a lease, operations transfer agreement and purchase option for a skilled nursing facility.
