Trey Oliver has a diverse general litigation practice, handling matters in complex commercial, product liability, construction, real estate and toxic tort litigation. Trey has successfully represented clients of all sizes – from Fortune 500 companies to local businesses – across a variety of industries.
Trey has gained extensive experience in the courtroom, successfully trying a prison abuse civil rights matters in federal court, obtaining verdicts in several bench trials, and conducting an expert witness examination as part of a habeas corpus appeal.
In addition to his law practice, Trey is heavily involved in community and professional organizations, currently serving as Junior Board President for The Red Barn and Expert Witness Chair for DRI’s Young Lawyers Committee.
Prior to joining Bradley, Trey obtained his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law and a B.A. from Auburn University.
