Jon's wife, Ashley, is a deputy district attorney in Jefferson County, Alabama. They have four children and are active members at Church of the Highlands in Birmingham. Jon is also on the board of the Prescott House Children’s Advocacy Center, which provides services to child victims of physical and sexual abuse, severely neglected children and children who have witnessed a violent crime.
